A New York City councilwoman got pissed (pun intended) about long bathroom lines for ladies, and hence, down comes another decree: "the Restroom Equity Bill would apply to arenas, auditoriums, drinking places, meeting halls, movie theaters, public dance halls, stadiums and theaters, and amend the city's building code to require a 2-to-1 toilet ratio (women to men) in new buildings and buildings that undergo substantial renovations......New York City's building code currently requires one-to-one parity between men's and women's restrooms." Considering NY'ers, their wacky laws, and their city council, this silly bill might just pass.
